A Cut Above Landscaping has a 30-day contract cancellation term.
*Regular Maintenance includes the following: removal of weeds from flower beds, mowing of the lawn and trimming shrubs and any other plants that are in need of pruning and fertilization of the lawn’s soil. Lawn fertilization will include one application of Spring Pre-emergent, two applications of Summer Fertilizer and one application of Winter fertilizer.
